Terms of Service

These terms apply to services provided by TV Install Ninjas ("we," "us"), owned and operated by Noelmo Melo as a sole proprietorship, and to your use of tvinstallninjas.com. By requesting a quote, booking a job, or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Our Services

We provide TV mounting, in-wall wire concealment, home theater and soundbar setup, and related installation services in Wellington, FL and surrounding areas.

Quotes & Pricing

• Prices shown on our website, including the online price builder, are flat-rate estimates based on the details you provide.
• Your final price is confirmed with you before work begins. If on-site conditions differ materially from what was described (for example, a different wall type or inaccessible wiring path), we will explain any change and get your approval before proceeding.
• Payment is due on completion of the job unless agreed otherwise.

Scheduling & Cancellations

• You may reschedule or cancel at no charge with reasonable notice.
• We will confirm appointment windows by text and do our best to arrive on time; if we are delayed, we will let you know.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure an adult (18+) is present during the appointment.
• Let us know about anything behind the wall we should be aware of (known pipes, wiring, or other hazards) and any building or HOA rules that apply.
• TVs, soundbars, and other equipment to be installed should be on site unless we have agreed to supply them.

Workmanship Warranty

Our installations are covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty: if a mount we installed comes loose or an installation defect appears within 2 years, we will repair it at no charge. The warranty covers our workmanship only — it does not cover damage from misuse, modification by others, defects in customer-supplied equipment, or issues unrelated to the installation.

Liability

We are licensed and insured, and we treat your home with care. If we cause damage while performing our work, we will make it right. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number to us — through our quote form, by texting our business number, or by calling us — you consent to receive service-related text messages from TV Install Ninjas (quote replies, appointment confirmations and reminders, missed-call follow-ups, and review requests). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Website Use

The content of this website (text, images, logo, and pricing tool) belongs to TV Install Ninjas and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. The website is provided "as is"; while we keep pricing and information current, quotes are only final once confirmed with you directly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
